Brian's (Integrative Arts, 2007) e-Portfolio is a 'must see' but more importantly a 'must hear'!

Brian has elected to use a Flash interface for his e-portfolio where animation, including sounds are easier to implement interactively. When a button is rolled over a sound is played. However, when many buttons are rolled over these combinations of sounds produce a chord. In a sense, Brian invites the readers to themselves play with sound!

Brian features some of what he has learned and what he can do from the perspective of leadership. This demonstrates initiative and a sense of agency on his part - positive attributes that are very important in his or any professional area.

Having written a personal statement to include in his e-portfolio Brian features perhaps the most important attribute of success in his area of work - being able to work effectively with others. Rather than use "Personal Statement" as the title, Brian's choice of "Team Player" highlights this value that he shows clear understanding and ownership of.

Rather than clutter up his e-portfolio with a long list of links to sample work, Brian opens new windows where his sample pieces are clearly organized and identified - even the filetype involved. Notice that Brian also includes writing samples as well as his audio accomplishments.
